Next Monday, August 15th, we celebrate the Solemnity of the Assumption of Mary, Our Mother. In the words of St. Josemaria Escriva from Christ is Passing By, “Mary has been taken up to heaven by God in body and soul, and the angels rejoice.’ Joy overtakes both angels and men” As we experience the great joy of knowing Our Mother is in Heaven, we can take advantage to deepen our knowledge and understanding of this great truth of our faith.
